The following are tools for success in our program. Make sure you use these tools on a regular basis. 

Stretch Tool: Stretching should be done after your session while muscles are still warm. When stretching you should hold the stretch for 30-45 seconds in 2-3 bouts.

Healthy Recipes & Quick Meal Preps

Mashed Cauliflower- Steam a whole head of cauliflower with a clove of garlic and then puree

Roasted Asparagus- place asparagus on a baking sheet and season with Ms. Dash Garlic Herb seasoning- roast in oven for 10-15 min @ temp 450

Roasted Zucchini- Slice zucchini place on baking sheet and season with Ms. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic seasoning- roast in oven for 10-15 min @ temp 450

Roasted Carrots- place baby carrots on a baking sheet and season with cinnamon- roast in oven for 15-20 min @ temp 450

Shrimp- cook 6-8 pieces season with Ms. Dash seasoning and cook in pan with ½ tbsp of olive oil on stove

Chicken-season with Ms. Dash seasoning cook at 350 for 30-45 min- for additional flavor add 1 lemon juiced or 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

Tilapia- season with Ms. Dash seasoning 1 lemon juiced and bake in oven for 20-30 minutes at temp 350.
